Refund / Replace Policy

When accepting your delivery you agree that all items were received in good order.

In the unlikely event of our produce not living up to the name of being fresh quality produce, simply snap a few photos and email them to us at orders@mrfresh.co.za and we will asses your request.

If your request is approved you will have the option of having your order either replaced or refunded within 48 hours.
